IG-BR-260 & IG-BR-370 Trolleys for 11 to 47 LPG Bottles .

Trolley for transporting all sizes of LPG (propane/butane) bottles from 11 kg up to 47 kg.

Quick, safe & easy to use – great for use on caravan sites etc.

Also suitable for other types of gases in bottles/cylinders that have ’BASE RINGS’ such as
acetylene, ammonia, chlorine, refrigerants etc.

Zinc plated finish.

Fitted with 260 mm or 370 mm puncture proof tyre wheels.
The larger 370 mm wheels are great for steps, kerbs, grass, gravel or rough ground.

These trolleys make moving these heavy bottles quick, easy and safe.

This was one of our first trolley designs launched in 1987, the concept,
though not the quality or strength, is now copied by many other trolley manufacturers worldwide.
‘Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery’.

Zinc plated finish.

Wheels – 370 mm puncture proof.
These large wheels are great for steps, kerbs, grass, gravel or rough ground.

We’ve one of your earlier trolleys which is in constant use delivering gas to our customers,
after over 20 years of service with just a wheel change about 6 years ago, it is still going
strong! We have now ordered one of your newer models with the big wheels
to help our delivery driver with steps.

The 19-47F trolley with its’ fixed height 47 kg hook preferred by delivery men and
the 19-47A with its’ adjustable 47 kg hook is preferred by occasional users.

I wouldn’t like to hazard a guess how many hundreds of tons of gas my last trolley has
transported. It was purchased 12-13 years ago, probably more,
frame wise it’s still sound, but the wheels have given up. The replacement looks
more substantial than the original so it looks like this one will outlast me!

SH-2 Steps Handles the 19-47 & HH-1 Range of Trolleys.

The ‘STEPS HANDLE’ is attached to the upright
of the 19-47 range of trolleys and the HH-1 trolley
to make steps, stairs or kerbs much easier to negotiate.

The handle can be attached facing either left or right and at any height to suit the operator.

Over 300 19-47-370 trolleys fitted with SH-2 Steps Handles
were purchased by Calor Gas Ltd during 2018.

SW-2 Swing Hook for 11-15 LPG Bottles on the 19-47 Trolleys .

The ‘SWING HOOK’ is attached to the 19kg hook of the 19-47 range of trolleys,
to allow the trolley to handle 11-15kg LPG bottles.

Supplied fitted or as an easy to fit kit.

Over 300 19-47-370 trolleys fitted with SW-2 Swing Hooks
were purchased by Calor Gas Ltd during 2018.

SC-ZP-L & SC-SS-L Safety Chain Sets for Securing LPG Bottles.

Safety chain sets for securing LPG bottles.

Screw to the wall slightly higher than the bottles that are to be restrained
(screws and wall plugs supplied).

Pass the chain through the bottle handhold then drop the end of the chain down behind
the bracket so that a link of the chain engages in the ‘Y’ shaped slot ensuring that the bottles
can’t possibly be pulled or knocked over.

The Stainless Steel version is recommended for outside use.

Oxy-acetylene/oxy-propane trolley.

Unlike the usual large ‘two abreast’ trolleys – this ‘go anywhere’ trolley is just the job for site work.

For ‘X’ size oxygen and most other 140 mm diameter cylinders
and an ’M’ size acetylene cylinder OR an ‘A’ size propane bottle.

1200-TT & 2000-TT 1200 & 2000 Litre LPG Tank Trolleys.

Trolleys for the safe movement of 1200 and 2000 litre propane bulk tanks.

These ‘low-loader’ tank trolleys with their car like steering are very stable and
safe to use as the tank feet are only 125 mm off the ground – unlike some trolleys
that are 400 mm or more off the ground making them very unstable.

The 2000-TT will also transport 1200 litre tanks.

Fitted with high speed road going trailer tyres
